I have been going to see the lovely girls at the Beauty Studio for about 4 years now and although I have moved several times away from the area, I think nothing of travelling over an hour to come back to get my waxing done on a regular basis….I have tried other salons, but for me, there is no-one better in the waxing game than Jacqui, Charlotte and Nathalie – they are so professional, relaxed and happy to accommodate your needs where they can – nothing is too much trouble for them and naughty Jaquci has been known to come in on her day off to attend to a client who just cannot make another time or date!;-)
I cannot recommend the team enough – once you’ve tried them, you will not want to go anywhere else :-)

When Jacqui asked me a few days ago if I would write a testimonial for her FB page, I wondered what I could say that has not already been said before. Everyone knows that she is, undoubtedly, one of the most professional ‘waxers’ in the industry, and I would go further to say that few, anywhere, would match her skills in male intimate waxing. As you can imagine, this is a field which brings all sorts of expected difficulties in to play, especially when the treatment is provided by a really lovely lady, with an easy-going, warm personality. From the outset, you are welcomed into a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It is very clear that Jacqui is in charge – she sets the rules. Just lie back and let her do what she has to – and believe me she knows her game. Not a hair escapes her scrutiny, ‘hair’ today, gone tomorrow!
Having just had my 10th treatment from Jacqui, you must be asking yourself, “why?” Why put yourself through the apparent torture of having your hair ripped out ‘en masse’? Well, from my point of view, this is no torture. My life is going by at an alarming rate, and I will be 74 years old next birthday, but the main thing is that I am alive. I want to look nice and feel nice for me to continue on life’s journey.
What better way to start than by experiencing the joy of ‘smoothness’? I trust Jacqui as someone of extreme integrity, perfectionism and understanding. That is why, for me, this is not torture.

I first visited Jacqueline nearly a year ago as the result of a dare, the result made me an immediate convert to wax over shaving. There is always a warm welcome with a smile and a laugh but, she is always professional, always efficient, always has a great attention to detail and so there’s always a perfect result.
