We do not charge for either cancelled appointments or missed appointments. However, if you do cancel within 24 hours on two occassions, we will request that you book all future appointments on the day you require your treatment.


For clients who just don't show up for their appointments ... most times we will be happy to offer you another appointment but you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure our time.  We also reserve the right not to offer you any further appointments.

We will always be respectful to you and we ask that you show the same respect to us by calling us if life gets in the way of your appointment and you can't make it.

We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment and our time particularly in the run-up to Christmas, your appointment will not be confirmed in the diary until the fee has been paid.  

If we have agreed to re-book an appointment for which you did not attend and did not call to let us know, the amount of the fee will be the whole cost of your treatment.


Arriving late may result in your treatment time being cut short, at the full treatment price, in order to accommodate the on-time client coming in after you. You are important. And the on-time client coming in after you is important. Hopefully you will always be the on-time client and you will appreciate this polite notice.
